I’m sorry it didn’t work out for us. I’m pretty disappointed. I felt like you were distracted and It’s super important to listen to your clients but ...that didn’t happen for me. The first time I thought the cut was just ok but I wanted to give a chance since you were just getting to know my hair. The back does have that weird stacking look. The right side is significantly shorter than the left. It was like this the first time so that’s why I asked you to even it out. Then I’m not sure what happened and when I asked you to about the thinning shears it seemed like you panicked and stopped abruptly and now it’s like I have two completely different cuts on each side. It’s just hair it will grow and I’m happy to support a local business. It’s just not a good fit for me. I’ve always been told bobs are one of the hardest cuts to do so I try not to be too picky, but I just can’t be ok with lopsided hair. I didn’t realize I was leaving a review. I thought I was sending a message. Now I can’t delete. Show more

I hate to give poor feedback & i LOVE ob waves, but she wouldn’t cut my hair at the part (which is to the side naturally, not in the middle). Now the ...front of my hair is lopsided and much shorter…Not what I asked for. Pretty upsetting :/ Show more

I moved to OB last year and struggled to find someone who could understand my curls and how to cut them. When I found Erica I was sooo happy! She do...es a wonderful job! I just added bangs and she knew just how to cut them and taught me how to style them with my natural curl! When I was there I can’t remember the stylist’s name, but she was working with a little girl around 5 years old. She was so wonderful with how she made sure the haircut was what the little girl wanted and also okay with the parents. The little girl felt like a princess when she was all done. I highly recommend the stylists at OB waves!<3 Show more
