Q1 winners are based on data collected from January 1st - March 31st.
Q2 winners are based on data collected from April 1st - June 30th.
Q3 winners are based on data collected from July 1st - September 30th.
Q4 winners are based on data collected from October 1st - December 31st.

Winner Selection:
Here's how we select the winners:
• MOST BUZZ: Showcasing businesses with the most and best reviews. This award is determined by a business’ review count and overall review rank during a specific quarter - not of all time.
Pro tip - In addition to the reminders that Booksy automatically sends after an appointment is completed, you can share your current reviews on social media to show gratitude for your clients, brag a little, and encourage others to do the same. Marketing > Social Post Creator > Reviews.
• GREATEST LOYALTY: Recognizing businesses with the best client retention. This award is determined by businesses that have the highest percentage of returning clients* (returning clients divided by the total number of clients).
Pro tip - Utilize Message Blasts to keep your clients coming back. The “Invite for another visit” blast is auto-sent 21 days post-visit if a client doesn’t have another appointment booked.
• MOST BOOKED: Elevating businesses with the most client bookings. This award is given to businesses with the most client bookings** during the quarter.
Pro tip - Get more bookings by inviting clients to book with you on the Booksy app. Head over to Marketing > Import & Invite Clients.
• BEST PORTFOLIO: Highlighting businesses with the most portfolio photos. This includes both photos added by the business and photos added by clients (Review photos).
Pro tip - Take some time to ensure your Portfolio is up to date with your latest and greatest work.
*Returning clients = Clients with more than 2 customer bookings.
**Client bookings = The customer booked an appointment through the provider’s Booksy Profile.
