I did book online, and it said i would have Courtney, but unfortunately, i ended up with the apprentice. She was very chatty, but she didn't check whe...re I part my hair or anything just started cutting. Showed a photo of what i wanted but was very disappointed with the end result. The apprentice told me i have thick hair, but unfortunately, she was wrong. i have fine hair, just a lot of it. Still, a lot of learning to be done before leaving her to her own devises in a salon. Walked out very disappointed with her skills. This matter was resoleved prompty by management and I am very please with there mangement service. Show more

Amazing experience with Courtney tonight, i mentioned i was nervous as it was my first visit there and only having one person cut my hair for the last... 10 years. I was beyond anxious. But she made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She listened and talked me through my restyle to make sure i was happy. I will definitely be back.
