Arrived 10mins early for 1030am appointment. Shop was completely locked up. Rang the number and it rang out, unable to leave a voicemail. Texted the o...ther number, they called back saying Courtney should be there and they will call her. I heard nothing back whilst standing outside in the rain with a 2 year old. 1036 still no staff to open up. We gave up and went home. Very unreliable. Won't be returning. Show more

100% do not blame you for this review. Courtney’s actions were unnacceptable. However as a gesture of good faith, if you are willing to return, James the owner would like to provide you with a free service. I personally apologise for what transpired here as we were let down by this as well. I was in Adelaide for a meeting with my wife and Courtney was supposed to open the shop. I did book online, and it said i would have Courtney, but unfortunately, i ended up with the apprentice. She was very chatty, but she didn't check whe...re I part my hair or anything just started cutting. Showed a photo of what i wanted but was very disappointed with the end result. The apprentice told me i have thick hair, but unfortunately, she was wrong. i have fine hair, just a lot of it. Still, a lot of learning to be done before leaving her to her own devises in a salon. Walked out very disappointed with her skills. This matter was resoleved prompty by management and I am very please with there mangement service. Show more
