Full set Wispy Volume

I recently had an appointment for lash extensions at Pretty by Lyn, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the atmos...phere was welcoming and clean. The technician, Lyn was incredibly professional and took the time to assist me with the style I wanted. After my appointment, I received detailed aftercare instructions, which made me feel confident about maintaining my new lashes. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Lyn for anyone looking to enhance their lashes. Soft Glam Makeup Application

Makeup and hair application was booked tor my mum at 5.30AM for everything to be ready by 7.20AM. The makeup artist came on time and communication was... prompt and flexible when finish time needed to be moved to earlier time (7.30AM to 7.20AM) during the time leading up to the booking which i really liked. However, the whole application took 35 minutes to complete and was totally a rush just to get it over and done with. It started at 5.30AM and completed at 6.05AM. I believe normal application would take at least an hour if not more. I clearly communicated that we needed everything to be done by 7.20AM which was why Lyn replied that she will be at the location to start makeup and hair at 5.30AM so everything can be done on time at 7.20AM. After this has been confirmed, why did it only take 35min to finish if not a rush? When the application was done, the makeup looked cakey and hair was just simply curled up. This look would suit a normal outing better than an event which was clearly stated at the time of booking. My mum does not normally do her makeup and hair so she just went with what was recommended by the makeup artist but as someone who does makeup and hair professionally, greater care would’ve been put in to make sure the client looks great and not rush through the job that was paid for. Hi Rachel, first of all, Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. Today I came to your house to do makeup for your mom, We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. You booked for solf glam makeup and hair in 1 hour. We started at 5:30am and finished at 6:30am, not 35 minutes. Solf glam makeup ($120) is Korean style (natural look) with simple hair (simple bun, curl...). It's different with Glamour makeup and hair style ($140). Because your mom doesn't usually wear makeup so we did solf look and natural eyelashes for her as wedding guest, It's also my signature style, And the makeup was flawless like you can see but usually all my clients says that my makeup last all day long. And because of the hair l tried my best but her hair was too short, I told her l did curls after l asked her what hairstyle she wanna do. Sorry again hun
