I had an appointment booked at 7:15pm with Jeremy to which I was running late. I rang in to notify him of my delay and the responses were “ he already... left the shop sorry about that” I would have appreciated if he didn’t have an available late time booking on the website or had called me to cancel / reschedule my booking. Very unprofessional on his behalf and I hope you guys fix this issue for your future clients. Show more

Unfortunately I was a bit upset that for the last 2 times I’ve been to see Jeremy he hasn’t been there, without cancelling and making me waste 30 minu...tes in waiting each appointment for me to get told he ain’t there. I understand if you have other stuff on but cancel the appointment and explain why? not make a customer who is loyal to you waste his time for over an hour combined the last 2 times he’s been to the shop With an appointment Show more
