I had an appointment booked at 7:15pm with Jeremy to which I was running late. I rang in to notify him of my delay and the responses were “ he already... left the shop sorry about that” I would have appreciated if he didn’t have an available late time booking on the website or had called me to cancel / reschedule my booking. Very unprofessional on his behalf and I hope you guys fix this issue for your future clients. Show more

Unfortunately I was a bit upset that for the last 2 times I’ve been to see Jeremy he hasn’t been there, without cancelling and making me waste 30 minu...tes in waiting each appointment for me to get told he ain’t there. Been to this barber quite a few times and although it’s quite pricey it’s worth it. My son likes the barbers here and said they’re gentle when they cu...t his hair which makes me happy because we haven’t had the best experience at previous barbers we’ve attended so thank you Phresh Barbers.
