What’s the point in having a booking system if a barber is not going to be available at the time of the booking? Reply I have yes several times, and ...always been pleased with service. However I arrived 5 minutes before my haircut booking for 1.15pm today, and waited until 1.35 before a barber became available, who then ignored me and chose the guy who had been sitting there before - unsure if he had a booking though. I presented my booking time when I arrived as well. Show more

2nd time I have booked a haircut through Booksy only to arrive and find that the barber is not working that day. I have no issue with the service rece...ived from Dukes, and my son and I have always been happy with our haircuts. My issue is with the booking services that isn't up to date! Show more

Hi Allan, we already explained to you that your preferred barber had to leave just before you arrived due to personal reason ,and you were served with another barber on time. I don't understand what's the need of leaving a review over it.
