He is p...ersonable, accommodating, incredibly skilled at his craft and professional. I always enjoy our chats and leave feeling AND looking better than when i walked in. The atmosphere of Tip Top Barbershop is welcoming & relaxed. Various pictures adorning the walls are a nice touch to look at when you’re trying hard not to gaze in the eyes & soul of your barber.
