I am extremely happy with my RMT sessions with Rebecca. I have been dealing with back spasms/pain over the past several weeks and look forward to my w...eekly RMT sessions. I can attest that the treatment is helping me recover faster than without. Rebecca is an extremely detailed, attentive, caring & sincere professional who puts you at ease with her non-intimidating and pleasant manner. Before each session, she tracks and reviews with you on the progress of the issue and any changes. With the information, she factors in what was discussed for each treatment session. The massage therapy treatment she provides is effective and relaxing. It helps reduce the overall daily stress and takes my mind off work. I generally book a 45 minute session and find the length of the session to be perfect for me. Following each session, she follows up with you on how the session went and provides take away information for at home exercises/suggestions. She does NOT pressure you to book any further sessions (i.e. leaves that to your own judgment) but I can attest that I continue the sessions/treatment as it does help with my back pain. (Thank you Rebecca, you have magic hands!). I highly recommend Rebecca for RMT services. For conveniences, I love the online booking system as it provides me the flexibility to schedule and get confirmation straight away and the location is great/lots of free parking. I have been a long time client at Rupert Health Care and used other services (chiropractic treatment) over the past several years and have been happy with both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Jason for their chiropractic knowledge and skills. The office is clean and bright and the staff are always kind and professional. Overall, the team is wonderful and I consider them a hidden gem. Thanks! Show more

I've been going for RMT treatments with Rebecca for over a year now. She's professional and takes time prior to each treatment to find out areas that... need to be worked on. She also shows me exercises that I could do at home to alleviate the discomfort I have in my shoulders. Online booking system is easy to navigate.
