Gianluca did a wonderful job of staying calm and patient as he navigated the complexities of cutting hair. He was pleasant to speak with and also sh...owed interest and dedication in wanting to master the skill of being a barber. Highly recommend for a free cut which in term allows him the chance to fine tune his abilities and improve in area he needs. Special shout out to Paulo who mentored and supported Gianluca as did his best to still ensure a quality cut. Even though the cut was free there was still a high standard set by the shop which allows the customer to walk away satisfied with the service. Great job keep up the good work. Show more
