I came back to Straight 8 Barbers after being out of town for years. I had good cuts here before but they didn’t quite meet the mark this time. The ha...ircut was quick and there were ridges and lines I had to point out to get fixed after my barber left the chair to help train another staff member and left me with someone else to finish. Asking to have the sides tightened up rounded in the sides leaving longer hair on the top that now has poorly blended points that are difficult to style. Show more

Yes, you have pointed out some imperfections, then I suggested to have it come higher and you agreed with it. I took extra time to accommodate you. Most of my clients understand, are patient and supportive that I am growing my team. The finishing was done by one of my prestige stylists. I asked you if there was anything else I can fix and you said no at the end of the service. I am very clear and communicative with my clients. I ask my clients to do the same.
