Marlon is a great instructor. He is knowledgeable and his classes are a lot of fun. His personal training is also top shelf and he will get the be...st out of you One needs to accept that he will be late but he is worth every star of a five star rating I enjoy the in person experience the most but his online classes and personal training are also very good as well. My dad loves to watch me attend the online training that I do when I am in Saskatchewan and he loves Marlon. Marlon genuinely cares about his students and is a great person. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. Show more

In the small amount of time I’ve worked with coach Marlon I’ve had a great experience training with him. He genuinely cares about the people he trains... which is rare to find nowadays. Most trainers just take your money and see you as nothing more than a client. Whether you improve or not, they dont really care. Marlons attention to details in both personal training sessions and boxing sessions is phenomenal. My body had numerous muscular imbalances from years of improper weight training and since I started training with Marlon, all of my weaker muscle groups have gotten significantly stronger. Outside of training he spends most of his personal time in service to others and those around him. I often find him sacrificing his sleep at 1-3 am just to talk to someone on the phone whose going through tough times. He doesn’t get paid for those conversations and yet he still tries to be there in anyway he can. He is always a positive guy and is like a mentor sending out good vibes to everyone. Try it out for a month and the results will speak for themselves. I would recommend him to anyone of any age group and any fitness level that wanted to get in shape, learn how to box, or just feel good about their body overall. Show more
