This guy has no respect for customers time. I booked an appointment 1 day before on the app and texted him a day before to confirm. The next day 30 mi...ns before my appointment, while I'm driving to his house I get a text saying "not available today sorry". 30 mins before the appointment!!! I had a flight later that day and planned my day with a time slot for a haircut. Anyway, I let that go. Fast forward about a month, I book again because I was going to be in the area and I needed a cut badly before an important meeting later that day. Again, I booked a day before and get a confirmation. Next morning, guess what?? About an hour before the appointment I get a text saying "come later at 1 not available at 11" LOL What a joke of a business. Why have availability on the app if you're not available? If you do want to cancel, cancel the day before or give ample time not 30mins-1 hr before the appointments while customer is due to show up. Save yourself the hassle and risk of being cancelled while you're on your way to the appointments and book with many other barbers. Extremely unprofessional!!! Show more
