Great experience. Ellen pierced my ears to correct abandoning a previous piercing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely... comfortable during the procedure. I would highly recommend the facility which was clean, organized, and had a very calm environment and Ellen as a trained technician who did a great job. I left with clear instructions on how to clean and monitor the piercing and after 2 weeks can attest I am happy with the results. Show more

I did my first ear piercing a while ago so I was nervous if it would be too painful. But Ellen did a great job ! She not merely helped me to calm down... but gave comments about the process so that I knew what was going on. She was eager to answer all of my questions ! Highly recommended! Keep in mind, you can get two piercings paying just for one on Tuesdays ! Show more
