Good haircut overall, i liked the result. Need to do better with time management though, my appointment was at 8:15 i showed up at 8:14 and i waited 4...0+ min for him to put another guy before me without even asking. That did frustrate me and it does ruin the customers experience imo. Either book slots without timing and let people know the timings don’t matter so that I could’ve showed up later so i wouldn’t have to wait. It’s just not respectable imo. I also chose to get a free hot towel but that wasn’t offered in person tbh that didn’t bug me as much as waiting 40+ min. You charge cheap for a haircut but that doesn’t equal poor treatment, i would very much pay extra for better service somewhere else had i known. I tipped out of courtesy cause i wanted to support a young guy doing his thing but again imo i don’t think any tip should be warranted for all that time you had me wait. If you get all this sorted out, you should be good cause you do give quality haircuts! Just take peoples time seriously and maybe extend an apology at that time and let them know they’re going to wait, maybe even offer them water. Good luck Show more
