Simple haircut

Booked appt for 10:00 was advised to come for 10:30. Came in and was scheduled with Lucky (professional barber). Was taken care of by his coworker who... does not even speak English. I figured everyone deserves a chance. Unfortunately there is no way this person is licensed, the haircut was terrible. A waste of time I had to keep asking for alterations which was translated and eventually was just ready to leave. I give a 2 instead of one because at least he tried. Definitely never going back because that was unprofessional. Show more
