I had another fantastic experience at La Vie. From the moment you enter, you're greeted warmly and treated with care. And the service is always top ...notch! I had my highlights, color, cut & style done by Sanaa (the best!!!), and as with every visit to her, I left feeling so happy with the results. She is so kind, caring and professional and makes sure you get exactly what you've asked for. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and care of the services received. We booked an appointment online and when we showed up for our appointment yesterday, the salon was closed. Terrible experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for 5 PM for a perm. I arrived early at 4:45, only to be told by the stylist, who was still cutting someone else’s hair..., to wait until 5:15. I patiently waited, but it wasn’t until 5:30 that I was finally attended to. Unfortunately, the stylist clearly struggled with English, and despite repeatedly explaining that I was there for a perm, he did not seem to understand. To my surprise, he then informed me that he couldn’t do the perm and instead offered a haircut. This entire experience was an unprofessional and colossal waste of my time. As someone whose time is highly valuable, I lost an hour of productivity for nothing. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this salon. I will also ensure that others are aware of this disappointing experience. Show more

Hi as you said you booked at 5 for prem it’s 100% but when you came we told you you booked with wrong person we been nice with with and told you you can wait till the barber finish and we will help you any way thank you to spend time to write your review and have nice day
