I can't say enough positive things about my experience with David at Pumphouse PT over the past few months! His fascia stretching treatments have been... absolutely transformative for my body. After struggling with tension and tightness for years, I finally feel like I'm making real progress. The deep tissue massage therapy David offers is on another level - not just your typical relaxation massage, but targeted therapeutic work that has significantly improved my mobility and reduced my chronic discomfort. He's clearly well-trained and knows exactly how to address problem areas with the perfect balance of pressure. I was initially hesitant about trying cupping therapy, but it's become one of my favorite treatments with David. I’ve been going to David for a few years now. He is so knowledgeable in his craft I’ve learned so much not only about fitness but also nutrition. I’ve... struggled with rheumatoid arthritis and David has helped me improve my range of motion without injury. Not to mention I’ve had a huge reduction in pain. I had a great first experience seeing David for deep tissue and facial stretch work. He made me feel very comfortable and is highly knowledgeable abou...t sport specific rehabilitation. He worked on all areas I requested and focused on trigger points for each. I noticed better muscle activation and range of motion after my treatment and shorter recovery time post-workout. I will definitely be going back to David for regular body work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for both sport-specific and general deep tissue and facial stretch work. Show more
