I had a disappointing experience here and do not plan to return. From the start, the location was hard to find as there are no signs in front of the ...building. The space itself is quite small, and for the type of services provided, there is very little privacy. The waxing area is in the front room and the table is positioned across from a large mirror, and the door from the main waiting area opens directly inward toward the table. During my appointment, the door was left slightly open. This meant that anyone walking into the business could walk right into the waxing room or possibly see in if they were standing next to the cash register, which made me feel very exposed. In fact, someone did arrive and sit in the waiting room during my session and I was genuinely concerned they could see me. Cleanliness was adequate overall, but I was alarmed when I saw the technician blow on the wax stick before applying it. This did not seem hygienic nor aligns with proper health standards. Unfortunately, due to these privacy and hygiene concerns, I would not feel comfortable returning.
