The fact that I answered your call and further gave an explaining that I work as a nurse in hospital, this is why you need book online”… We do not cater to Rude new customers. Our clients have been with us for over 7 years. Good luck finding quality nails at good pricing. When my nail technician is too busy, I spend $120 on nails; while you where only going to pay $22.00+ tax.

Thank you for your review. Linda is a very good nail technician who takes her time. Kindly rebook your mani/pedi this weekend to correct any changes that need to be made. The facility does not allow us to implement a pedicure chair. This was explained to you at the start. The free face consultation for Botox was not meant to offend you; as you have a beautiful face. It was a “food for thought” to prevent lines from becoming permanent. Prevention is key to everything in life. Again thank you.

Your attitude throughout the entire process was unacceptable. Reasoning with with you before your arrival was impossible. Our telephone conversation started with you criticizing, shouting & swearing; cue that your disgusting personality did not deserve to be catered to. You arrived …Hysterically crying & SWEARING in front of staff and children. NOT unacceptable. Yet to my surprise you are a mother yourself. Fine example you are?!? Then playing role of victim???What do you expect?!? My nail technician started your service before I could stop her.
