I had a great experience the first time I came to the salon for a blowout with Anjie. She was friendly, professional and did an amazing job on my hair.... The service was $40, which matches the pricing on the booking site. I came again recently for a blowout with Derya and had a very different experience. She was very rough on my hair, even after I mentioned the pulling was hurting. At one point she made a rude comment about the condition of my hair. Afterwards I was charged $75 for the service, which she explained was because of the length and thickness of my hair. If there are going to be charges added on, that should be mentioned BEFORE the service begins, not after. The lack of professionalism and inconsistency in pricing was disappointing. Show more
Full Balayage Haircut Blow Out

I booked an appointment for a balayage. At the appointment I showed the hairstylist a photo of her own work from her page that I wanted done, which wa...s a chocolate balayage, specifically a darker shade of brown. I mentioned at the beginning and throughout the appointment that I did not want a light brown or any brassy/orange/copper undertones. The stylist said that was doable. My hair was also black going in to the appointment. Unfortunately the colour at the end wasn’t close to what I had asked for. I told the stylist throughout the wash and styling that it was still too light, but she kept reassuring me that it looked good. When I spoke to the front desk it did take some time to explain why I wasn’t happy until I showed the original photo of what I wanted and compared it to my hair. Their solution that they offered was to come in for a toner service another day. Unfortunately I did have to cancel my visit due to an emergency. Overall the actual balayage was done fine, but the colour itself was no where close to what i asked or showed her. I was disappointed as a first time client and especially having to drive far and spend hours there. Show more

I followed Anjie from her old salon to here cuz I love how she actually listens to me and doesn't cut off too much length, I have reallllllllllllly lo...ng hair. Will def come back. The salon staff were welcoming, and the space is clean and bright. Booksy was easy enough to use and I liked that I could add it to my calendar and get notifications when the appointment needed to be moved. There are tons of free parking spots too....and I love any plaza with a Dollarama lol. Show more
