Hi Anand, thanks for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation. Your appointment was scheduled for 10:15 AM, and you arrived at 10:45 AM—30 minutes late. At that point, our senior barber had already moved on to his next scheduled client. As a courtesy, rather than turning you away, we offered you a spot with one of our intermediate barbers so you could still be seen without further delay. We understand that things happen, but arriving significantly late limits our ability to provide the level of service and attention we’re known for. We encourage all clients to arrive on time so we can deliver the best possible experience, especially when booking with a senior-level barber. We hope to welcome you back in the future under better timing.
