today i felt under valued as a customer. i was 5 mins late which i awknowledge so we may have have been a bit behind time but when i was hesitant on a... detail of my nails that i wasn’t sure i liked i was told thats how my picture is and then upon further review of the inspiration picture that was a lie!! so that started the downhill - from there i felt even more rushed upon “fixing” certain things as a nail salon who advertises that they are able to do intricate details my nail design which to me was one of the simple ones compared to the work i know they can do a lot of details just weren’t looked at. unfortunately i will not come back again because once i have a bad experience i will not allow myself that misery again of feeling hostility i left still semi happy with the nails but very disappointed in the response from the nail tech Show more
