You came in for an appointment ! then which you showed me a picture of a hair cut and beard of your choice, which were totally the opposite of what we did before, but nevertheless it was your preference, so I proceeded. You sat in my chair for about 45 minutes...received, approved and paid . Then left with out a complaint or conflict. Then here comes such a public review. You weren't a first time customer...you were a potential client, who had returned. You could have called me . But I still wish to say thanks for your business, and sorry for the dissatisfaction in your last experience .
