This salon has been the most consistent with quality service and results. The shellac manicures last until they have grown out, and I like that Carmen... greets each customer personally in every visit. They also include paraffin treatment with every mani or pedi. They have won me over! Show more

Absolutely would not recommend. I made an appointment but still waited 25 minutes. My technician then sat in front of me for 5 minutes talking and scr...olling on her phone. She finally ran water for a pedicure- it was cold. I had booked 2 services but because they were running late, only had time for 1. At the end, the technician set up a dryer but never came back, so I checked to see when my nails were done and put the equipment back. Absolutely will not be back to this salon. Show more

Hi, we saw you have a appointment at that time, you are the first time here, all regular customers knew us that we always doing good job.We would immediately refund you if that’s true.you are supposed to tell us when you pay. You gave review for reminds us doing better right? The thing is about the dryer put after you pedicure done, generally,pedicure dryer needs 20mins for each regular polish drying,and then technician will go to check, but most of customer they can’t wait so long time, they will asking the technician or any staff to check with them before 20 mins, but anyway, we will change customer’s service rule, thank you for reminds. We will double check the camera at that time

My thumb nails were filed AFTER my shellac manicure was complete, so later that afternoon, the polish lifted from one thumb, it was no longer sealed ...due to filing. I returned to ask about a fix but they said they were too busy to help for much longer than I could wait. A few days later, the other thumb polish lifted. Please tell your manicurist not to file after the shellac is set! I’m sure this is what caused the ruined thumbs. I have never had this issue before at Real Nails. And, as a regular, I wish they had paid more attention to me when I returned. No one even looked up. Show more

This was my first visit to Real Nails, and based on this experience I will definitely be back. I had a regular mani/pedi and the service was excellent.... Very thorough and careful. The massage chairs were better than in most salons. Loved the little extra of the parrafin applied to heels. Good value, too. Show more

Hi, yesterday you did not book with some one, you did not leave messages with some technician. You are so hard you know yourself ,we did such a good pedicure for you,had asked couple times if you want to do your manicure,you said no, and manager did your hands and no charge you. If we have some mental problems we will go to see doctor.which area is dirty? The tools ls twice every single used. Tell the truth and let us know to adjust. Yesterday was holiday, holiday, we understand some of appointments that we did not close the store. Show some mercy on your life,thank you!
