The haircut that was given to my boyfriend was completely opposite of what he asked for. Not only was the back buzzed off way too high , but they also... brushed out his very curly hair causing it to puff up. They also upcharged him by shaving his beard when he did not ask for it. We are very disappointed with the results and the service received. They were able to fix the haircut and refund partial of the amount which was appreciated. It was my son’s first haircut and I couldn’t be there to experience with him however my husband went with him and he absolutely was great. RJ our barb...er did an amazing job on my sons hair and even though I couldn’t be there he understood my anxiety and respected my wishes on what I wanted for my sons first cut. My husband said that RJ was amazing and the atmosphere was very kid friendly! They gave Hendrix a lolly and allowed him to play on his iPad while he got his cut Thank you RJ for calming this mamas anxious nerves and giving us a wonderful experience. We will be back again!
