I enjoyed the atmosphere and smiles upon arriving. The girl at front desk was very nice and happy to see me I think her name was Joy? . Salon is cle...an and comfortable. My Nail Tech Emily was polite and efficient. My only complaint is I did not feel very at ease while getting my new set applied. I have been getting this process done for over 10 years at another salon and this very much felt like a chore to Emily. Zero conversation, or interaction and her technique is quite aggressive to say the least. Pulling or flicking my hands around (again I'm not new to this) I just think Mani/Pedis should be a pampering event, and this was definitely not that I will try the salon again, maybe just ask for another technician, but my nails look amazing Salon 9/10 Atmosphere 9/10 Friendliness 10/10 Comfort 4/10 Nails 10/10 Show more

I did not like Tommy at all. It took him an hour to fix a chipped nail, and by the end of the experience he had to put a tip on the nail because he ...cut my nail too short. It took him three times to fix the nail because he tried to tell me he was done but the nail shape didn’t match the rest of my nail. Show more
