It was ok. Eric was rough doing the nails. No hand massage at the end. The polish could’ve gone with another coat and when I got home I realized he le...ft nail polish all over the bottom of my fingers. Second time having him do my nails, wasn’t overly happy with the first time but it was just a basic colour. I feel he isn’t experienced enough as some of the other ladies I have had there. At the end he seemed more concerned with who was next or if it was his break. The more I look at them the more I dislike them. Didn’t continue the same length throughout and I asked for shorter and he more so did what he wanted I have been coming here since I moved to Cambridge 5 years ago. Usually always a great experience but today not so much. Doesn’t seem to matter who you book with as they put you where ever they like. Would go back to get it fixed but unfortunately I don’t have the time to do so Don’t know if I’ll be coming back Show more

I do not write reviews but I feel compelled too. I’ve been a customer at BeU Nails for well over five years now, I go there for every manicure and p...edicure I’ve had. The last couple of times the quality of their service has not been great. I decided today I would give them another go, I booked an appointment for a shellac pedicure, an advertised 40 minute appointment turned into a 20 minute appointment. The girl did not do a proper pedicure, for example there was no removed of the dead skin around the toenails but I still paid full price for half the service. That was my last appointment with BeU Nails. Very disappointed. Show more
