Very friendly atmosphere and many students benefiting from the appointment. The instructor is there to guide the students and ensure the haircut is do...ne correctly. The only tricky thing for the first timer is finding the location...they should put a sign or address on the basement door to indicate 25B down the stairs. Luckily it is attached to the HairFellas shop where you can ask and they direct you downstairs. Overall a great experience. Show more

Nice environment, nice people, students seemed very serious and attentive. Can't express properly how nice the instructor was! There was a female stud...ent who did haircut of my daughter. She was so friendly and did her job meticulously. They tried their best to balance her hair as she cut some in front herself. Show more

Such a good experience. Special shoutout to Yasmine and Brett who did my hair. They were wonderful and made sure that I get what I wanted, and if I wa...s comfortable.
