Fridays are among our busiest days, and with four stylists working independently, the salon can feel lively during peak hours. Please be assured that the timing and duration of your appointment were appropriate for the treatment you booked and for the length of your hair. You were charged correctly for the service received and payment was made on departure. Both salon owners were present throughout your visit and were satisfied that all procedures were carried out professionally. We also contacted you this morning with an appointment at 9am and made attempts to phone you. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until 11.50am, and the appointment offered to address your concerns was declined. If you remain unhappy with your hair, please arrange a visit so we can assess and resolve any issues. We always aim to handle concerns amicably and professionally. If there were aspects you were unhappy with, these should have been raised during your appointment so we could have assisted immediately, rather than receiving a message at 5am the following morning. While we value all feedback, we do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
