Our prices vary depending on the level of stylist carrying out the service, with different pricing structures for trainees and qualified stylists. We also offer loyalty rewards and reduced prices on selected treatments for OAPs, where applicable. We’re sorry if these benefits haven’t been communicated to you previously, and we’ll take this feedback on board. Our booking fees are in place to protect appointment time and ensure fairness for both clients and our team. We understand circumstances can change, and our policies are intended to ensure consistency, not to put profit before people. We genuinely value our clients and the relationships we build with them.
