Although polite during the appointment, the lady who did my son’s hair was not very talkative at all. I felt I was the only person talking and if I ha...dn’t, there would’ve just been silence. My son has additional needs (which I explained to her) so I couldn’t just step back and let her get on with it unfortunately. I’m not impressed with the cut itself, it’s uneven and not what I asked for. As I was leaving my son and his sister chose a balloon and we said thank you and goodbye. I turned back to smile and saw her giving a certain look to her colleague which seemed to be about us. Not at all professional. I’ve been a couple times and each time, I’ve left feeling like they don’t enjoy their jobs at that place. They certainly lack people skills. I won’t be back. Show more

I had an amazing experience bringing my little one and my husband’s younger sister. They both had such a wonderful time! The play area was perfect for... keeping my son entertained, even though he’s a bit younger, and it allowed him to stay happily occupied. The staff were fantastic with the kids, handling everything with such warmth and kindness. It truly made for a memorable visit. Show more

Lizzie was fantastic! My little boy has developed a real phobia about getting his hair cut, which has made the whole experience very stressful for bot...h him and me. But Lizzie, along with another lovely lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name), went out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible. While he was still upset, it was much less than before. For me, the experience was incredibly supportive. I usually dread taking him for a haircut, but knowing there’s a place where the staff are so patient and dedicated to helping him feel at ease makes such a difference. One day, I’m sure he’ll walk in, sit on the tractor, and let someone cut his hair with no problem. Until then, having the continued support from your team means so much, and we'll keep coming back!
