No refunds will be issued for reactions however a complimentary lash removal will be offered for full sets applied by me if such circumstances were to occur. If you have eye sensitivity or known allergies you can book a free lash consultation and patch test prior to your initial appointment.

      If more than 50% of your lashes have detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes and charged accordingly. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance 2-3 weekly to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy.
