Acrylic toe nail fell off after 2 days. Tried to book in with her for a repair, happy to pay for the repair, no response to text messages, didn’t answ...er phonecalls. Messed me about. Would not use again and would not recommend. Immature unprofessional girl. Avoid if you want a professional set of nails and someone who actually doesn’t waste your time. Show more

Hi lovely! I’m so sorry to hear that you are unhappy! As said in the text messages I am more than happy to have you back in to solve this issue. In regards to me not answering the phone, I again am so sorry. I was with another client; you had booked an appointment for 11:30 and a confirmation text was sent out, however when you didn’t show I had no more gaps that day to offer you so I offered to rearrange for 1 o’clock the next day in my available gap or whenever best suited you that week however I didn't receive a reply!
