Pointless booking online i do not know why they even offer the service. You wont be seen on time and you also wont see the nail technician you booked ...in with. You will be moved around between different technicians. They take too many walk-ins Today there were 4 technicians and 12 clients. I waited 20 mins after my appointment and decided to leave. There is a reason you book an appointment as i have a full day and havent the time to sit waiting. Karen Sayers Show more
