Brilliant service and so quick!!! Took just 45 mins for a BIAB infill and colour. Not sure why I was charged an extra £5, no so art was added so that ...was disappointing. They have a loyalty card which is great. Will see how long the nails last but so far so good Show more

They should better manage bookings and walk ins. I had my booking and waited more than half an hour. We were 9 people out there waiting for a service ...and only 3 people were working. They must accept customers according to the capacity. I only asked for a plain manicure not any polish. I assume I asked for the cheapest service in shop, this was the fastest and the worst manicure I have ever had so far. It is so sad to see that only way to have service in acceptable quality is asking for a pedicure. After even filing, my nails are not so even. I could do by myself at home and save 15 quid. I do not recommend unless you want to pay for a disrespect and lost time. Show more
