Highly disappointed with my experience today, i’ve been a loyal customer for about nearly a year and a half and I get my nails done every month here. ...Although they always achieve beautiful nails for a decent price. I left the salon highly upset and emotional as one of your staff member was very rude, short and abrupt with her communication of me jogging and smudging one of the nails by accident. She told me off in front of the whole salon which I found highly embarrassing and it’s now made me not want to return here again.

Loved the colours chosen but wasnt until i got home ive realised nail varnish on my hands where theyve missed my nails. Also was charged 33 pound not ...30 so not sure if your prices have gone up?

Thank you for your feedback and for visiting our salon. We’re really happy to hear that you loved the colours. We’re sorry if there was a little bit of polish left on the skin. Please feel free to come back to the salon and we’ll be more than happy to tidy it up or repaint it for you. Regarding the price, our BIAB infill with one colour is £30. As five different colours were chosen during the appointment, there is a small additional charge of £3 for the extra colours, which is part of our standard pricing.
