This is a focused, supportive space for you to talk through whatever is coming up for you right now.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a pattern, navigating stress, or just need somewhere to untangle your thoughts, this session gives you the chance to be heard without judgement. We will use the time to gently explore what is going on for you and bring some clarity to where you are and what you might need.

After the session, I will create personalised resources for you to use in your own time. These are designed to support you beyond the conversation and help you integrate what we’ve explored into your everyday life.

This may include:
• Guided meditations or relaxation recordings
• Tailored journaling prompts
• Nervous system regulation tools such as tapping
• Simple somatic practices to help you feel more grounded and connected

This session is ideal if you are looking for something more accessible and practical, with ongoing support you can return to in your own time.

Before booking, I recommend a free discovery call. This helps us make sure this type of session is the right fit for you and that you’ll get the most out of our time together. Some situations may be better supported through longer, ongoing therapy sessions, and we can talk that through if needed.

Walk & Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional therapy, combining movement with mindful conversation in a natural setting. This 60-minute outdoor session allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings while walking side by side, promoting relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. Walking in nature can enhance well-being, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of freedom that talking indoors may not always provide.

Sessions include time to meet at an agreed location and return afterward, ensuring a seamless experience. 

If the weather is not suitable, you will have the option to switch to an indoor session instead.

This deluxe treatment includes a cuticle soak and work, a hand scrub, and a massage. It finishes with a lovely hand mask and polish of your choice.

**please be aware Charlotte is no longer accepting new nail clients** BIAB™️ or ‘Builder in a Bottle’ is gel applied as an overlay on the natural nail length.  Great for clients that don’t get long enough out of a regular gel polish and need a bit more strength to help grow their own nail length. Includes one full colour or keep the plain neutral BIAB shade.

Your acrylic nails will need infilling every 3/4 weeks for maintenance. If you have nails broken or missing please add nail repair onto your service. Also add nail art/French if required.

Sally specialises in microblading only. Charlotte specialises in microblading, ombre/powder brows, combination brows and lip blush. Please book with your chosen artist accordingly. Consultation is necessary before any semi-permanent make up booking to determine which/if a procedure is suitable for you. This time allows for filling out medical forms & patch testing.

Ombre or Powder Brows is a semi-permanent procedure using a machine to create a soft, powdery shaded finish through the brows. This effect is similar to the look of brow makeup, giving the brows more definition, density and precision. Ideal for most skin types. Results last 18months-3years.

This treatment combines 2 PMU methods -  microblading ‘hair strokes’ along with shading done by the machine.

Consultation required prior to treatment. Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure for the eyebrows. Microblading is performed using a hand held tool to create natural individual hair-strokes to help the appearance of the brows look more defined, fuller and even. Results are always tailored to you. Not ideal for oily skin types. Results lasts 1-3years

Consultation required prior to treatment. Cosmetic Tattooing to enhance your natural lip colour & shape. Pigment is implanted into the lip tissue giving the lips a ‘wash’ of colour without harsh lip lines. Updated modern ‘Lip Blush’ techniques means we can create very natural results, giving the lips a subtle hint of pretty colour.
