I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your service. Unfortunately you were 15 minutes late, I have a grace period of 10 minutes stated in my polices as this is the amount of time that starts affecting the service. You also had builder gel on your nails from a different nail tech when you had told me you had just gel, this heavily impacted the soak off time. These two things combined sadly made it so we were running very late. We also discussed doing builder gel instead of gel as you currently had builder gel on but you wanted to stick with just gel. When picking colours, you originally picked ‘Pastel Peach by Glitterbels’ which I asked if you where happy with and you said no and we swapped to ‘Peach Tea by Glitterbels’ which you then said you where happy with. You never explained that you wanted the base colour to match your skin tone perfectly. I showed you my swatch sticks, you picked a colour and told me you were happy with it. At every step throughout the process I asked if you were happy with it and you said yes, if you are not honest with me in the moment I am unable to rectify it. We discussed this problem over text but as I told you I still provided the service, my time & my products so I am not able to offer a refund. If you are not honest with me in the moment I am none the wiser, so I did the best I could with the information you provided me. I am truly sorry we were not able to resolve this issue.

Hiya Carmen, I’m so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your nails. I can see what the problem is, because you have quite small nail beds it can make extensions a little harder to apply, and more likely to pop off as there is less area for the builder gel to adhere. I will admit that I did struggle when doing your nails and I should have suggested we do builder gel on your natural nails to grow them a bit first. That is my fault for not making that decision to discuss this option with you. In the future I would recommend you message me personally with any problems as I am more than happy to offer a free repair in this situation!
