Designed to support both men and women on their journey to parenthood and beyond.  We offer a holistic pre-conception program to help increase the chances of pregnancy, utilizing reflexology techniques to stimulate ovulation and address both female and male fertility issues. During pregnancy, we provide reflexology treatments to reduce common pregnancy-related problems and support a natural labour (NB* I cannot treat during pregnancy until after 12 weeks). Postnatally, our reflexology services aid in recovery and help restore balance, promoting overall health and wellbeing for new mothers. Please allow 75-90mins for your initial consultation. This will include a discussion on your situation and full medical history, 40mins treatment and after care advice to include your personalised treatment plan.
