I had a really excellent experience at Hale Colonics. Caroline is very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met. She took me ...through a very comprehensive questionnaire on my health and my requirements. She then thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect. The procedure was not uncomfortable and Caroline was very reassuring throughout. Caroline is obviously very knowledgeable and she also gave me further advice on my diet and supplementation which might help with my gastric issues. I feel much better having had the procedure and I will definitely be booking further treatments. Show more

I enjoyed my visit to Hale Colonics. Caroline's house is spotlessly clean, and warm. It is tastefully decorated, smells fresh and is quiet and relaxin...g. Caroline is very easy to talk to, she's very knowledgeable and informative. She treated me with dignity and I felt she really cared about my wellbeing. My appointment took 2 hours, as first we went through a lifestyle & health questionnaire, followed by the procedure. I didn't feel under time pressure. After the colonic my tummy was not so full of wind and was flatter, I felt clean inside and lighter in weight, and I had a spring in my step! Caroline gave me her diagnosis and some pertinent suggestions which will improve my health, such as incorporating chia seeds into my soups and stews, and swapping to sourdough bread to minimise my bloating stomach. I highly recommend Caroline, and I wish her well in her new profession. Show more

I saw Caroline a couple of weeks back, it was my first visit. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Caroline was well-informed about the procedure..., asked pertinent questions, and suggested steps to help alleviate my stomach issues. I plan to return in a few weeks. I highly recommend Caroline.
