Had the pleasure of trying out FOMA wellness & recovery hub. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience both spa (sauna/infrared suit...e) and muscle recovery options (cold plunge pool). A very welcoming recovery hub, lovely and knowledgeable owner. Extremely clean with top quality facilities. Show more
I recently visited the FOMA Wellness and Recovery Centre in Mallusk with a small group, and it was a fantastic experience. Mark took great care of us,... giving an informative tour and offering excellent advice on transitioning between the hot and cold areas. It was the perfect way to spend the evening before a competition, and I left feeling refreshed and ready. Highly recommend, and I wish Mark every success in his new business venture. Show more
Absolutely fantastic spot, great for recovery and relaxing. Really enjoyed the chill vibe and the traditional sauna was amazing.
I really enjoyed my first time at FOMA, such a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. The plunge pool was one of the highlights!
I visited FOMA to experience the contrast therapy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something a bit different. This takes ice baths to a n...ew level! Show more
