I found this place a couple of months ago and I love it. Its really cute and has a lovely vibe. It has everything you need and session sizes are small... so your not waiting around to use things. The staff are really lovely and helpful. Ive been going once a week and i feel great after it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a bit of self care and relaxation. Show more

A class spot for all things recovery. Staff are excellent, very knowledgable and so friendly! Have enjoyed use of compression boots, sauna and plunge ...pool. Also have had a few cryotherapy sessions to help with a quad problem. Mark was excellent at explaining the benefits of it and overall a great guy to chat to! Show more
