I recently had 3 sessions of Cryotherapy on my knee, 10 weeks post surgery. Inflammation was reduced and I had increased flexion of my knee. The sauna.../cold plunge set up is fab! Very clean, relaxing and staff are so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend visiting! Show more
