Great experience having done both the infrared sauna and the ice bath for the hour we came out refreshed and revived. Staff were really helpful and th...e premises were spotless, the only negative is that we live so far away and won't get to use it as often as we would like, would definitely recommend. Show more

I'd went for a hike through the mournes and my legs where in bits, the cold plunge i feel really makes a difference, i only wish i could tolerate it l...onger! 1 min and im done. The swedish sauna and cold plunger are so well looked after, a very relaxing space, and the people running it seem lovely. If they ever got a jacuzzi i might move in. Show more
