I went to Foma because I had an injury in my back, I booked in for cryo therapy to see if it would help. I previously used their compression boots dur...ing my half marathon training which were lifesavers! Mark talked me through everything before during and after my cryo appointment and gave me some aftercare tips which have really helped my recovery. I did the 3 recommended sessions and I feel like a new person. Mark made me feel so at ease and told me everything he was doing, why and how it was going to help with my recovery. Mark and Amy are so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s such a cosy, friendly hidden gem and I can’t wait to get back!! Show more
