Matt arrived bang on time and following our initial consultation gave a first rate deep tissue massage on an injury I’d carried around for about 6 wee...ks. He’s really easy to get on with and explained every step of the procedure in great detail. He’s definitely found the source of my pain and regularly checked that I ok for him to work deeper into the affected area. I’d recommend him without a moment’s hesitation.

Matt was great throughout the appointment though, explaine...d everything to me beforehand and also talked me through what he was doing during the sports massage. Booked a session with Matt for my partner due to on-going back problems. My partner has stated that Matt was brilliant and has made his back feel so m...uch better after just one session. Matt used various techniques including cupping, which my partner recommends, and applied great level of pressure. We would highly recommend Matt for quality of service and price. Matt was punctual, professional, and certainly knows his craft. I've had a long-term issue in my trapezius which others haven't been able to fix. Ma...tt worked deep into the muscle using massage and cups. I can already feel a marked improvement, so im looking forward to seeing how it feels once the initial soreness subsides. I would certainly recommend and would definitely go back for more treatment.
