I got my daughter a voucher for her 13th birthday as she bites her nails. She went in and was made to feel very welcome and said she will definitely g...o back. She had her nails done at another local place and they really hurt her but Ivy Nails were very careful and she felt no pain whatsoever. She's over the moon with her nails, thank you so much 🙂 my only niggle was the gift vouchers could be better as it was just written on a piece of paper. Show more

booked for 12:45, was still waiting at 2 as they assured me i was next and i had an event to go to meaning i wasn't just going to walk out. showed an ...inspo pic and the artist basically paid no attention to it because they were busy, half of my nails are wonky and unfiled properly, and i was basically rushed out of the door, as i was paying and ready to leave he was still putting oil on my hands as i was literally stood out of the door as he told me i was done. will not be returning Show more

I was booked in for a 1pm pedicure yesterday. I was still waiting at 1.20pm so I ended up leaving. Very disappointing. Why have a booking system if yo...u are not going to adhere to it. Better to have a walk in service only. Really disappointing and won't be back. There were other customers waiting too for their booked appointment. Show more

I had a disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 5:00 PM, clearly stating that I needed to leave by 5:45 due to another commitment at 6:0...0. I chose to book in advance to avoid delays, especially as the service is listed as taking 30 minutes. However, I wasn’t seen until around 5:20, and despite asking several times whether the service would be finished by 6:00, it ended up taking longer / I left at 6:10, late and stressed, with people waiting for me. To make matters worse, I was not happy with the result. My nails were uneven, with visible bumps, excess gel on my skin and cuticles, and an overall poor finish. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t have time to check properly before leaving. Overall, I was not satisfied with either the timing or the quality of the service. Show more
