I had an appointment for gel toes and nails. I sat in the seat for one hour and 30 minutes just for my toes. The woman who did the work cut too far in...to my cuticle; it bled for 10 minutes. Just when I thought my toes were finished, I had to show her three toes which were missing some nail polish. On redoing these, she slipped the file onto my skin, and I screamed out with the pain. My fingernails only took 30 minutes, and the owner did them. The owner asked for payment, and I had to remind her I had another service booked. On completion of the treatment, she asked for the full price even though the first woman left my feet a mess. I paid the full payment, but I definitely won't go back. Replying from your response. I actually do not have an ingrown toe nail. This was a clip from the cuticle which is not the nail its self. I'm actually a qualified nail technician which is why I was picked up on the mistakes. The polish I use is a preferred brand from Salon services in a good salon and not a cheap one. How dare you blame it on a ingrown toe nail. Thats a pathetic excuse for messing up my toes and how come the polish worked fine on my hands which you had polish all over and had to scrap off. You also had to show the staff member how to stop the bled because she couldn't stop it. Still no apology you got your money and that's what it comes down too. Even the picture shows its the cuticle so you don't check before writing you're response. You new I wasn’t happy you couldn't even make conversations while doing my nails because you new it took to long and had to get the work redone. I definitely won't recommend you.

Hi Marion, I’m very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience today. One of your toenails appeared to be ingrown and growing into the surrounding skin, which made the area particularly sensitive and unfortunately caused some bleeding while it was being worked around. I sincerely apologise for the pain and discomfort you experienced. The nail polish you brought with you also appeared to have partially cured inside the bottle, which made it unusually thick and difficult to apply smoothly. However, we should have explained this to you more clearly during your appointment. When you left the salon, I understood that you were happy with the finished result and I wasn’t aware that you still had concerns. Had I known how unhappy you felt, I would have addressed the matter before taking payment. I’m genuinely sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

I was made feel very welcome when i arrived. I was offered a refreshment which is so very thoughtful. I had biab removed and back on. My nails are fab... and i will most certainly be back and would thoroughly recommend the salon.
