Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment require full payment of the remaining balance. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice. Failure to attend without notice will require full payment before any future bookings are accepted. Outstanding balances must be settled before further appointments can be made. Please book with plenty of time to spare before your event as occasional delays may occur.
