Tiny movers is a fun, playful and sensory-rich movement class designed especially for little ones aged 2-4 years. 🦋 Through music, movement, imaginative play and sensory activities, children are encouraged to explore, express themselves and build confidence at their own pace. Our sessions are relaxed, inclusive and welcoming, with activities that can be adapted to support different abilities and additional needs. 

💕 Parents/ carers stay for the session and are encouraged to join in, support and share the experience with their child.🌈

Junior inclusive dance is a fun, engaging and supportive dance and movement class for children aged 5-11 years, welcoming children of all abilities, including those with SEND and additional needs. 🦋 Through music, creative dance and movement, children can develop confidence, coordination, self-expression and friendships while having lots of fun. There's no pressure to get every move "right" - children are encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable for them, with activities adapted to individuals needs and abilities. 💕 Parents/ carers stay for the session offering reassurance and support while their child takes part. Most importantly Junior inclusive dance is a place where children can be themselves, feel included and shine in their own way.🌈

Senior Inclusive Dance is a fun, supportive and welcoming dance and movement class for young people aged 12-18 years, including those with SEND and additional needs.🦋 Through music, dance and creative movement, young people are encouraged to build confidence, develop new skills, express themselves and make friendships in a relaxed and inclusive environment. 💕 There is no pressure to perform or get every move right. Everyone is encouraged to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them, with activities adapted to different abilities and individual needs.🌈 Parents/ carers stay for the session providing reassurance and support where needed while allowing each young person to grow in confidence and independence.
