Room cleanliness was good, room a little chilly. Had LVL and HD brows. Very pleased with my LVL, although gutted it didn’t include a tint on my bottom... lashes. HD brows not overly happy with as still have to infill my eyebrows with a pencil and have been left with a mark under my left eyebrow from where I had it waxed. I feel like the HD experience was just that of a eyebrow tint and wax. Would I come back again?? No sorry. Show more

Thanks for the feedback Leah I’m sorry you had less than an hour the massage is supposed to be an hour long the total treatment time is 1hour 15 minutes for consultation and dressing times.
