Lady was nice but I had a reaction to the wax and it now feels like a layer of skin has been ripped off, it’s bright red and incredibly sore, I even h...ad to stop at a pharmacy to get it checked. I now have to apply aloe Vera and an antiseptic cream 2X daily in hopes it heals for a wedding in 3 days, my brows also look a little uneven. Lady was nice offering aftercare and did explain it’s not a common reaction, but still very inconvenient for me, wasn’t offered any money off either. Left feeling quite frustrated and very sore, sadly I won’t be returning. Show more

I’m sorry that it happened to you. I did ask which wax you prefer and you didn't mind which one. Unfortunately warm wax can very ocassionally remove a bit of skin if it's thin, as I mension before I have been doing waxing services for 25 years and expierienced it twice in that time only. It’s not my fault or bad technique causing it but thin skin, sometimes medication, exfoliation/ peels or even Covid injection can have an impact. That’s why I recommended hot wax next time and gave you advice what to use to speed up heeling . It will be fine in a week. It happened to me before when had it done either expirienced beautician too so since then I only do hot wax in my eyebrows and it’s been fine
