NAIL ART:

If you require French tips, minimal, or detailed nail art, please ensure this extra service is added onto your chosen nail service, this allows extra time for me to perfect the design you desire, avoiding any unnecessary rushing.

If you are unsure on what nail art category to choose, please contact myself directly to discuss your design further so I can guide you to your appropriate option.

Please note, I do offer a wide range of nail art designs, and I will always ensure to work my magic at my best capability, however on rare occasions I may not be able to achieve the style you are looking for due to not having the correct equipment, tools, or products for that specific design, however this will be always negotiable and will just result in tweaking your design.

Please ensure to have your desired colours and designs at the ready to show myself at the start of your appointment, this frees up time so I can use your appointment as wisely as possible to create your desired style.

REMOVALS:

If you require any gel polish, builder gel, or acrylic product to be removed prior to your nail service, please ensure to add the correct removal option onto your chosen nail service, this will allow me to remove any unwanted product safely and correctly with extra time to avoid any unnecessary rushing.

REPAIRS:

Any nail repairs that occur one week after your nail service will be charged a small fee, however if you have a breakage during the first week after your nail service, any repairs will be free of charge.

Any nail repairs required at your next infill appointment will be free of charge.

REFUNDS POLICY:

If you are unsatisfied with your nail service, please ensure to bring this matter to my attention, and I will immediately resolve and rectify your concerns in the most appropriate way possible, as unfortunately refunds are non negotiable.

WAXING:

If you are currently undergoing or have recently been receiving any abrasive skin treatments such as, chemical peels, certain medication, or any retinols that can cause the skin to become thin, please consult with your GP or avoid any form of waxing/hair removal services completely.

SKIN PATCH TESTING:

A skin patch test will be required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any unnecessary allergic reactions. However, if you have already received this treatment by myself previously, a skin patch test will not be required or necessary.
