I attended my appointment yesterday (26th June 2024) and Kye was absolutely exceptional.
Recently, I accidentally trapped my fingers in a car door, r...esulting in the loss of length from three of my nails. She offered me the option of applying tips, but I decided a full cut across both hands would be more appropriate. Did this cause her to be late for her next client? Yes. However, she carried on regardless, demonstrating her dedication not only as a skilled professional but also as someone who genuinely wants her clients to leave her salon feeling fantastic.
I also received some lovely nail art, despite mentioning my fingers are quite short (I'm used to having very long nails).
Kye is not only highly professional but also approachable and easy to talk to. There’s no awkwardness—just plenty of laughter.
I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my nails, as Kye is truly exceptional.

I honestly can’t recommend Kye enough. Not only is she incredibly talented and meticulous with her work, but she consistently goes above and beyond fo...r her clients.
There have been times when I’ve needed an appointment at short notice before a holiday, special event, or when I’ve completely forgotten to book ahead, and she’s always done her best to squeeze me in where possible. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants everyone to leave feeling happy and confident.
The quality of her work is amazing – my nails always look beautiful, last really well, and I get compliments on them all the time. She’s friendly, professional, welcoming, and creates such a relaxed atmosphere during appointments.
What stands out most is how hard-working and accommodating she is. Running a busy diary can’t always be easy, but she always treats her clients with kindness and does everything she can to help. It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high standard of work with such excellent customer service.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I didn’t even get to have my appointment. I arrived on time for my 12:30pm booking and waited 20 minutes before having to ask a hairdresser to let the... nail technician know I was there. Ten minutes later, I was told she was running late and would need another 15–20 minutes.
This appointment was during my lunch break and the day before I went on holiday. I completely understand that delays happen, but communication goes a long way. Given the length of the delay, it would have been clear well before my 12:30pm appointment that it wasn’t going to start on time. A quick message to let me know or offer to reschedule would have been appreciated and would have saved me an unnecessary journey and wait.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to provide feedback so future clients don’t have their time wasted.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise if you felt underserved. I believe that a one-star review may be a little disproportionate. The delay was due to circumstances beyond my control, and I sincerely apologise for this. I did offer you an appointment later in the day, which you ultimately did not take.
Please note that I do not encourage clients to book appointments during their lunch breaks, as I cannot always ensure the best quality of work within limited timeframes. My priority is always to ensure all clients leave satisfied. I have been a nail technician for over 10 years, and this is my first one-star review, which is disappointing, particularly as the issue stemmed from factors outside of my influence.
