• If you are prone to cold sores (even if you’ve only ever had one) Leah recommends taking the Acyclovir medication for a week before and after your appointment. If you have the virus in your system, it is very likely that you will come out in a cold sore after lip blush. However the anti viral medication can stop this. 
• Make sure your lips are soft & hydrated. Please make sure you are drinking 2 litres of water per day in the week leading up to your appointment and avoid caffeine the morning of your appointment. Exfoliate your lips the night before the appointment using a lip scrub or a damp towel & pop some lip balm on. 
•Avoid wearing foundation as most of this will be wiped away during your appointment. 
•A top-up session is essential & must be booked within 6/8 weeks of initial treatment. (this is your responsibility to book) please select 'Lip Blush Top Up' to book.
